So fetch K9 Adventures provides socialization and exercise for dogs of all ages and sizes. Our goal is to satisfy the instinctual needs that dogs have but do not always have an outlet for in their everyday lives. It is natural for a dog to need focused exercise, mental stimulation, and socialization with their canine counterparts. Our lifelong approach to dogs and their wellbeing sets up puppies for confidence and success, gives adult dogs an outlet for their energy, and provides seniors with a peaceful environment in which to socialize and exercise on their own accord.

Our adventures range from mock grooming days to prepare puppies for regular grooming and vet visits to five mile hikes on the Eno river for our high energy dogs. Every day is a little bit different and this keeps our puppies and dogs optimally socialized and mentally engaged. All puppies and dogs are integrated into a fully functioning pack and are able to learn dog rules from each other. All dogs in the adult programs have been selected for their demeanors, obedience, and social skills.

Hannah studied at William Peace University focusing in biological anthropology always knowing that working with animals was the goal. Hannah had a pet sitting and dog walking business where she gained her ability to read animal behavior and understand pack mentality along side her volunteering experience with local rescues. Shortly after her business took off she was able to study under Cesar Millan at the Dog Psychology center in California. With this new skill set, she developed a dog adventure and socialization business concentrating on providing mental stimulation, structured play, and building dog’s social skills.

She also worked at a doggie daycare/ boarding facility where she became very familiar with animal behavior. Organizing play groups, she learned so much about appropriate and mutual play among dogs. Megan has two rescue dogs adopted from the Winston Salem humane Society who she spends all of her time with. When she isn’t working with her own dogs she enjoys reading and researching animal behavior, always trying to learn more to help dogs live their best life.

Cassidy is a born animal lover and has had experience with not just dogs, but also reptiles. Cassidy began volunteering with local animal rescues in 2015 and has been active in animal rescue ever since! The experience with her own dogs, plus her three years of doggy daycare management have led her to the So Fetch team! Cassidy is excited to allow dogs the opportunity to properly socialize, have an outlet for their energy, and enrich their lives.

Taylor grew up in a family where rescuing dogs was just a normal days work. With this exposure to dogs and seeing how rewarding it is to help them, Taylor wanted to pursue a career as a Veterinarian. While working on her undergraduate degree at North Carolina State University she worked as a kennel technician where she gained invaluable insight on dog behavior, dog health and the importance of socialization. This is also where she met her wonderful rescue dog, Yuki who opened her eyes to the power of not only socialization but also training. After building Yuki’s confidence and exploring the dog training world, she chose to put her efforts into helping other dogs like Yuki and their humans.

Colt became interested in working with dogs after college when he adopted a dog that developed serious behavioral issues. Through the process of rehabilitating his own dog he sought out and learned from different trainers throughout the US, and began helping friends and family with their own pets with his new found knowledge. He believes that understanding the dog's point of view is the key to a healthy human-canine relationship. When he's not with dogs, you can usually find him at the beach or on a basketball court!
